Ahmedabad: India’s World Cup debutants, Ishan Kishan, Shubman Gill, Mohammad Siraj, Shreyas Iyer, Shardul Thakur, and Suryakumar Yadav, have shared their excitement about playing in the mega tournament.
The Indian cricket team posted a video in which all of the players shared their experiences. Gill and Yadav described it as a dream come true, while Iyer expressed happiness after seeing the ICC World Cup logo on the jersey.
For the World Cup, India made unique jerseys that are visible on the players. Gill is also seen practicing batting in the video.
